  • Usage data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the Services.
  • Communications: support inquiries and any information you voluntarily provide to us.

1.2 Sources of Collection

  • Directly from you when you create an account, publish content, or contact us;
  • Automatically through your use of the Services;
  • From third-party identity and payment providers when you authenticate or pay.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use your information to:

  • Vercel — application hosting and file storage;
  • Neon — managed database hosting;
  • Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

We may disclose Personal Information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to:

Ripple is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If we learn we have done so, we will delete the information promptly.

8. International Users and Data Transfers

We are based in Brazil. Some of our service providers are located in the United States, the European Union, and other regions. By using the Services from outside Brazil, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to servers operated by us and our providers in those jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms to protect cross-border transfers.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. Account data is retained while your account is active; upon account deletion, we remove or anonymize it within a reasonable period, subject to lawful retention requirements.
